Here at Oaks Pawn and Jewelry we try to do everything to list the correct information about each product, but however we are not perfect and typographical errors do happen.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing, we shall reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and polices are subject to change without prior notice. All images and text on this site are copy written and the property of Oaks Pawn and Jewelry. Modification, copying, or any other unauthorized use of our site, images, or text is prohibited without prior consent from Oaks Pawn and Jewelry.
