Oaks Pawn and Jewelry is happy to accept payment by personal check and money order. Personal checks and money orders take approximately 5-10 business days to clear our bank. As soon as the check or money order has been cleared, your order will be shipped out immediately.

How long will it take to get my product?

If the product is in stock, the item will be shipped immediately upon receiving payment. Usually 2-5 days. If there is a custom order, resizing, or a product is out of stock, you will be notified of an approximate shipping time.

What is the return policy?

Oakspawnandjewelry.com has a thirty-day return policy on any product purchased starting from the day that you receive the product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full purchase price. We want our products to exceed your best expectations.
