Oaks Pawn and Jewelry is happy to accept payment by personal check and money order. Personal checks and money orders take approximately 5-10 business days to clear our bank. As soon as the check or money order has been cleared, your order will be shipped out immediately.
Sales Tax
Oakspawnandjewelry.com is located in Gainesville, FL, U.S.A. We are required by law to collect sales tax from Florida residence or for purchases delivered within Nevada.
Florida sales tax is not applicable to merchandise shipped outside of Florida to residents of other states. Compliance with any state sales or use tax is the responsibility of the customer. Contact your state’s tax division for more information.

Oaks Pawn and Jewelry doesn't charge you for shipping. We offer FedEx 2 Day shipping on all our items. On orders over $1000, we upgrade your shipping to overnight / next day delivery.
Oaks Pawn and Jewelry offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange of equally priced merchandise or refund of product cost. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs. The following guidelines must be followed to be eligible for an exchange or refund:
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- The display box must be placed inside another box with adequate packing materials to insure the item is not damaged in return shipment.
We need the following information from you: name, address, phone, and email address so we can process your refund or exchange.
If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong items, you must first contact our Customer Service team.
Please allow 30 days for your exchange or return to be received and processed. We strive to process all exchange and return requests within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned product.
We are not responsible for lost returns. While insuring your package is optional, it is
highly recommended. Oaks Pawn and Jewelry is not responsible for the cost to insure returned items.
